File a Claim

Please note: Written notification needs to be done prior to the expiration of your warranty. Once we receive all claim information we strive to resolve all claims within 3 to 5 business days.

*additional information may be required postponing the determination of your claim.

You can also file a claim, via email to claims@ahomewarranty.com.

When providing written notification, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • The address of the property in question
  • A brief summary of the issue
  • Warranty number
  • A full copy of the home inspection report
  • An itemized invoice or estimate from a licensed repair company
